Her ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments allows her to maintain a calm, structured and professional experience for every patient.

She holds postgraduate qualifications in business, including a Master of Business Administration (MBA), which underpins her structured, organised approach to clinic operations and patient experience.

She also brings a strong understanding of aesthetic treatments and skincare, allowing her to confidently guide patients through their initial enquiries and help them feel informed and supported before entering the clinical setting.

Fluent in both English and Mandarin, April is able to support a diverse patient base and ensure clear, comfortable communication at every stage of the patient journey. April also offers consultations in Mandarin (普通话), helping patients feel at ease and fully understood throughout their experience.
