Also known as Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT), microneedling treatments use a vibrational stamping device with very fine needles to address some of the most common signs of ageing and skin damage.
Lines and wrinkles tend to form when the skin is dehydrated and no longer produces enough collagen, but microneedling is designed to create micro injuries to the skin which stimulates a wound healing response. CIT can be combined with PRP or Hyaluronic Acid serum applied directly into the upper layer of the skin. Hyaluronic Acid is capable of holding up to 1000x its weight in water which has a dramatic effect on the skin. Mesotherapy serums designed to target key skin concerns such as pigmentation, redness or dull skin can also be used in combination with microneedling for an enhanced effect.
Along with repairing damaged skin, multiple microneedling treatments will help strengthen the epidermis over time, leaving you with improved skin tone and texture too.
Since microneedling treatments can be customised to treat all skin types and tones, we will work with you to develop a treatment plan that will meet your specific needs.
