Mia is the digital concierge at Muse, thoughtfully designed to support patients in navigating their treatment journey with clarity, discretion, and ease.
Reflecting the clinic’s commitment to considered, evidence-based care, Mia provides general guidance, answers common questions, and assists with enquiries — ensuring patients feel informed from their very first interaction, including outside of clinic hours.
While Mia offers support and direction, all clinical assessment, advice, and treatment planning remain the responsibility of our experienced medical and dermal team.
Her role is to create a seamless introduction to the clinic — one that feels calm, informed, and aligned with the standard of care patients can expect at Muse.
